By God's calling, grace and divine purpose, Dr. James Rene has been in the ministry for 29 years. He has served as a pastor, teacher, and prophetic voice to Christ's church in the U.S. and across 23 nations with his preaching, teaching, and prophetic ministry. His passion is to build Christ's church and equip God's people for their life's calling to reach and transform their communities, cities, and nation for Christ. ​He's earned a Doctorate in Apostolic Leadership and Applied Theology, Master's in Practical Ministry, and Honorary PhD in Humanities. He’s also a best selling author in Christian Church Leadership and Christian Theology. He resides in Burnsville, MN with his wife, Laura.

Chuchi Xiong has been the Associate Pastor of Alive Transformation Church (formerly International Outreach Church) since October 2020 but has been a part of the ATC family since 2015. Chuchi graduated with his Associates of Applied Science degree in Pastoral Leadership from Valor Christian College (founded by Dr. Rod Parsley of World Harvest Church in Columbus, Ohio) in May 2020. He is currently a full-time student, pursuing his Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Pastoral Ministry from North Central University in Minneapolis, MN. He is passionate about loving like Jesus and empowering people to walk out their faith in relevant, practical, and bold ways. In his spare time, Chuchi loves superhero or action movies, playing video games, basket ball, and spending quality time with his wife, Sheng Xiong and their 3 beautiful children: Haven (5), Elias (4) and Ezekiel (2).
